Speaker - Ian Glover, President of CREST
An increasing number of UK companies are currently being subjected to targeted electronic attacks involving the use of customised malware, often implanted using social engineering and/or client-side exploitation. There are relatively few commercial products and services available to UK companies in this space and no way of establishing the competence of the individuals responsible for this work.
Ian Glover, the President of Crest (Council of Registered Ethical Security Testers) will speak on how to tackle this problem, the progress with the development and roll out of the qualifications and company assessments, and how industry and government can support the activity.
The presentation will be followed by a round table discussion where you will be able to ask questions.
