ProCheckUp Achieve MasterCard SDP Compliance

London, UK - 15 September 2005 - ProCheckUp, an award-winning provider of penetration testing services, today announce that the company has successfully completed MasterCard SDP Compliance Testing.

ProCheckUp work alongside members, merchants and service providers to help them achieve compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. The PCI Data Security Standard, developed by MasterCard and Visa, details security requirements for members, merchants, and service providers that store, process or transmit cardholder data.

In order to demonstrate compliance with the PCI Data Security Standard, merchants and service providers may be required to conduct network security scans on a regular basis as defined by each payment card company.

ProCheckUp has successfully completed MasterCard SDP Compliance Testing and is approved to perform network security assessment services under the MasterCard Site Data Protection Program.
